There was some issue with the parking space after we moved into our new flat purchased through Raj reality.
We were tense as all payments and brokerage was paid.
Paresh bhai of Raj reality assured us that he will look into the issue and resolve the matter.

While we were looking for flat there was option for ready to move in and also that were under construction. Paresh bhai gave us a very open and clear view of pros & cons along with the actual waiting period of under construction properties(not the time that builder was quoting), this gave us clear understanding and we could choose based on our requirement. Paresh bhai also interfered and assisted us in avoiding some extra charges that builder was quoting during flat handover. There are many other things where Raj Reality has assisted us till now post the sale and all cannot be listed here. One can buy/sale properties thru any online sites available today but if you want genuine inputs to take correct decision as per your situation then you need someone like Raj Reality.
